oh my god i am glad someone giffed this, because i tried once and i was laughing too hard to continue

Michael Dorn said of this scene that he really wasn’t acting; this kind of thing is why he learned to dread every time the writers said, “hey, wouldn’t it be funny if Worf—?”

The rest of 2013 is going to be hard-pressed to come up with something that made me laugh as hard as the ST:TNG S2 blooper reel. (It’s even funnier when you’ve seen the cast at a con, still cracking each other up over 20 years later.)

“Boys and Girls, Ladies and Gentlemen, be prepared for the event of a lifetime! On stage for only the second time in History, the cast of TNG live and for your viewing pleasure! Watch them interact, field questions, and supply witty answers to your questions on stage. These are not look a likes or impersonators, but the real thing!”

From the description of the “Star Trek: The Next Generation 25th Anniversary Nighttime Event” at Austin Comic-Con.

Does anyone else find this phrasing to be extremely creepy? I mean, yeah, I’ll be there and all, but seriously. It might as well be “Roll up! Roll up, ladies and gentlemen! See the amazing cast of ST:TNG perform tricks for your amusement!” Etc.
